Today Joshua is 8 years old! Where did the time go? Joshua is my pride and joy and I'm so blessed to have him as my son! I read something that one of my friends did on her blog so I will do the same on mine. Thanks Cat! 8 facts about my Joshie.


1. He started reading at the age 3.

2. He plays the guitar.

3. He likes the Wii.

4. Big into Star Wars action figures.

5. Received the Holy Ghost

6. Baptized in Jesus Name!

7. Loves his brothers.

8. Taught himself to swim.
Today we will be heading to Boomers for his birthday celebration! He loves Boomers and wants his birthday there every year!
Happy Birthday Josh we love you so much! You mean the world to us and can't imagine our life without you. Thanks for always helping me around the house, you're AWESOME! Keep up the good work and continue to love Jesus with all your heart.

SeaWorld Bay of Play

We got an invitation from Sea World to check out the new kiddie area that is opening up today for members only. The official opening is tomorrow and I can only imagine how packed that area is going to be. The theme is Sesame Street! We were planning on taking the boys, but the weather is very windy and there are chances of thunderstorms. I think we'll visit the Bay of Play another day. On another note, I'm very pleased to hear the children from the Polygamist group will soon be reunited with the mothers. I didn't agree how it was handled and felt horrible for the children. No matter what those are still their parents. I can't imagine the trauma they went through with the militarized police squad showing up on their property and having to endure living with complete strangers. What amazes me even more is the fact that they did it over an anonymous tip that happened not to be true. What a shame! I must admit I have followed this case very closely! I have scoured the Int

They Got It!

Yahoo! I got a wonderful report from my beautiful mom today! A couple that my dad has been witnessing to got the HOLY GHOST!!! He is real and ready to feel the hungry and thirsty souls. Mom said, "Andrew and I shouted in the front of the chuch and we rejoiced!" My heart rejocied with hers and I was extremely happy for the church at Faith Tabernacle. It is a Home Missions church in the city of Sanger, CA. I was born and raised there but I got delivered from that place! Just kidding. Well kind of! I have wonderful memories of the little town and I can remember when McDonald's came to town. The population at the time was about 13,000. I believe the population has over 25,000 now. The town has a high crime rate. The gang activity there is very bad. My mom was raised there and my dad moved from Los Angeles as a teenager and met my mom and fell in love with her and had 6 kids. 5 of us are still living. 6 kids what in the world was she thinking?
